Do you have out-of-hours appointments?

We do understand that trying to juggle work, children and other commitments is not easy, so we’ll be as flexible and accommodating as possible if you need an out-of-hours appointment. Please give us a call and we’ll see what we can do. If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible.

How do I pay for my dress

We accept cash, debit and credit card payments.

We do not accept American Express or cheques.

If you can’t pay for your dress in full, we have a payment plan that may help you. Please ask for details.

We are able to hold a wedding dress for a short period if you haven’t made up your mind yet, but we do require a £100/£200 non-refundable deposit to do this.

What does ex-sample mean?

An ex-sample dress is one that has been used by brides to try on before deciding on ‘the one’. They may have the odd imperfection or defect which is reflected in the price.

When can I take my dress home?

Today! One of the great things about our ‘off-the-peg’ collections is that the dress you fall in love with is the dress you take home that day. Each of our dresses is unique in style and size, so if you like what you see, snap it up quickly before someone else does. We are only able to hold dresses for 24 hours without a deposit.

We can also order dresses in your size from a range of dresses by one of our designers.

Can you make alterations?

We can put you in touch with experienced seamstresses if your wedding dress needs alterations. We recommend that after any initial alterations, that you arrange a final fitting just before your wedding to ensure that you are still 100 percent happy with the fit. The cost of any alterations is not included in the cost of the dress.

Can I hire a petticoat from you?

Yes – we have three types of petticoat available for hire. We have net and hoop petticoats that can be collected the week before your wedding, and returned within a fortnight afterwards.

Do you buy pre-loved gowns?

We do not buy pre-loved gowns.

We can try and sell a designer gown on your behalf, if you bought it from another store in the last three years, and have had it dry cleaned since your wedding.

We do not buy or sell bridesmaids’ dresses.
